You can start submitting listings right now by creating a free account. A yearly Listing Fee will be charged for each house listing you create. No matter if you decide to sell, swap, or rent out your house, this charge is the same.
Once you’ve used our platform to find the house or renter you want, make sure to check references and seal the deal. A Made-a-Match Fee of USD $50 is due from both the landlord and renter (or the equivalent in your currency). In addition, each successful encounter will reward you with Trust Points, which go toward raising your total Trust Score.

- Hidden Listings: Ideal for situations when your home is no longer available for rent or swap, hidden listings are only visible to you.
You can easily adjust your listing visibility at any time, offering you the flexibility to make changes as needed.
For the convenience of guests seeking temporary housing, most listings are available furnished. You can specify the minimum length of stay and indicate multiple date ranges if you have some flexibility.

Please note that while the majority of home listings on our platform are posted by individuals, realtors and other commercial entities such as property managers have the opportunity to post a limited number of listings for a higher annual listing fee.
